When dealing with tenant and condo owners our main concern is to waylay the fears of mould.
Mould has become a growing concern among rental and condominium properties. We have seen an increase in inquiries from property managers, landlords, and tenants looking to ensure their dwellings are safe. Mouldoff offers various levels of solutions to help maintain properties in a cost effective manner.
Our professionals have several techniques to identify mould. Often our inspector does not need to open walls. However, if the inspector feels the mould has gone behind the wall, the property owner will be asked to authorize (in writing) a small opening of the wall.
It is not necessary for the property manager, landlord, or owner to be present during the inspection. The client will be contacted by the inspector to set up an appointment to drop off the full report. Alternately, the report can be faxed or emailed upon request.
The report is the property of the client and findings are not shared with tenants or other attendees of the inspection unless authorized by the client.
